How do I return an item?

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@valleyofscents.co.uk before sending your item back.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for either a refund or an exchange.

We understand that fragrance is a personal choice, so you're welcome to test your perfume with a few sprays. However, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond reasonable testing or returned outside our 14-day returns period. Any items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

For approved refunds, we will refund the purchase price of each returned bottle, minus the original shipping charge of £3.50, where applicable.

Bundle Purchases

Products purchased as part of a bundle or multi-buy promotion must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a full refund.

If only part of a bundle is returned, we will only be able to offer an exchange where applicable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer one exchange per order.

To process an exchange, customers are required to pay a £5 reshipping fee, which covers our preferred courier service, packaging and handling.

Promotional & Free Gifts

Products received as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your order qualified for a free gift, and returning part or all of your order means you no longer qualify for that gift, it must also be returned in unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Please do not send returns to the business address shown on our website, as this address is for office purposes only. Returns sent there may be refused and returned to the sender.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as VOS – Valley of Scents cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If you've contacted us and haven't received a reply, please check your spam or junk folder.

Refund & Exchange Processing

Once your return has been delivered to us, refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been completed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost by your chosen courier.

Sale & Promotional Offers

For promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy One Get One 50% Off, or similar multi-buy discounts, all items included in the promotion must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

If you choose to keep any item from the promotional purchase, your refund will be recalculated based on the original promotional pricing, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £60.

Orders below £60 will have a delivery charge calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

We're working hard to expand internationally, so keep an eye on our website and social media for future updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast dispatch.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@valleyofscents.co.uk.

While we'll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered our dispatch process.

How does the 3 for £60 offer work?

It's simple.

Add any three or more fragrances to your basket and the price will automatically adjust to £20 per fragrance.

Mix and match across our entire collection, including men's, women's and unisex fragrances.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes.

Every fragrance from VOS – Valley of Scents is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients and never test our products on animals.

Where are your fragrances made?

Our fragrances are crafted in the United Kingdom using premium French fragrance oils to deliver exceptional quality, performance and longevity.

How long do your fragrances last?

Our fragrances are produced as Extrait de Parfum, containing a high concentration of fragrance oils for outstanding longevity.

Performance can vary depending on skin type, application and environmental conditions, but most customers enjoy all-day wear.
